Clarity is a
public good.
LawArchive is a free, independent legal information project.
Why LawArchive exists
When someone receives court papers or begins researching legal rights, the internet can feel like a maze of technical language, incomplete forms, and unsupported claims. LawArchive aims to make the starting point easier: clear explanations, practical organization tools, and links back to authoritative sources.
Our editorial approach
We prioritize official rules, government resources, legislation, and published court opinions. A legal claim is treated as a question to research—not a promise that a theory will succeed in court.
State and federal law differ, and courts update their rules. Readers should verify each resource and obtain advice from a licensed attorney when needed.
Independence and advertising
LawArchive.org is not a government website, court, legal-aid organization, or law firm. The site may display clearly identified advertisements or affiliate recommendations in the future. Advertising will not determine the legal conclusions in an article.
Because this is an early version of the project, the site contains sample editorial content that should be reviewed before public launch.
